Her love for fitness drives her commitment to helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. She offers bespoke personal training and leads group classes including strength circuits and mums & babies.

Ella also competes in events like HYROX, marathons, and duathlons throughout the year, inspiring her clients to challenge themselves and find balance in their fitness journey.
