Fison Fitness

Total Body Burn:

Tuesday 7am & Saturday 10am in the studio

This class is a high-octane sweat fest! High-paced, focus on leaving a real burn in the muscles and sweat on the mats whilst being corrected and helped to improve. There will be 4 blocks with 4 exercises in each block 45 seconds on 15 seconds off.

Strength Circuits:

Saturday 11am in the studio

This is a circuits class like no other, you will be pushed to challenge your times as well as blasting your heart rate. This class is a great way to burn calories and increase your strength and fitness. On top of this, you will be taught the proper technique in a fun, safe and friendly environment.

F45 Peckham Rye

45 minutes of cardio, resistance or hybrid workout.

F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.

Ella works regularly on a Tuesday & Wednesday evenings, 5:30pm / 6:30pm.

Ella is a qualified HYROX Coach, these sessions are every fortnight on Wednesday 7:30pm.

Ella is also a Pre and Post Natal Instructor, these sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am.
