Total Body Burn:
Tuesday 7am & Saturday 10:30am in the studio (55 minutes)
This class is a high-octane sweat fest! High-paced, focus on leaving a real burn in the muscles and sweat on the mats whilst being corrected and helped to improve. There will be 4 blocks with 4 exercises in each block 45 seconds on 15 seconds off.
Target Fit:
Saturdays 9:30am in the studio (50 minutes)
Achieve your fitness goals at your own pace in this dynamic and empowering workout class. Each session is designed with a workout displayed on the board, allowing you to complete the exercises independently.
Strength Circuits:
Saturday 11:30am in the studio (55 minutes)
This is a circuits class like no other, you will be pushed to challenge your times as well as blasting your heart rate. This class is a great way to burn calories and increase your strength and fitness. On top of this, you will be taught the proper technique in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
